Public Works

Message from the Public Works Director

First, let me welcome you to our webpage.

You know, as I have advanced in the Public Works career field, I have come to realize that Public Works is truly the heartbeat of any city.  The people who work in this career field are solving some of the toughest problems facing their community, yet are usually the least visible.  These are the employees who work at all hours of the day to make sure their community has life sustaining clean water to drink.  They are the one's who maintain each city's waste removal system so people's toilets can flush away their waste.  They all work hard to enhance the quality of people's lives and do not ask for any recognition.  Rain or shine, your Department of Public Works is always there.

Farmersville Department of Public Works is no different, we play a vital role in the daily lives of our residents, commercial establishments, and visitors by providing the services necessary for all in Farmersville to flourish.

It is my hope that you will find the information we have provided in this website helpful and educational.
