City Hall is open to take payments from 8:30AM to 4PM, Monday through Friday excluding major holidays. All utility bills are due by 4PM on the 15th of each month or the next business day if that falls on a holiday or weekend. No cash is accepted in the drop boxes. The City is not responsible if you use bill pay through your bank and your bank mails the check to us late. A $5.00 late fee will be assessed on any outstanding balance. You don’t have to come to City Hall to pay your bill though – you can pay by phone or online anytime, 24 hours a day and 7 days a week at the link below or by calling 855-671-9272.
This means that you are allowed to water two days a week. If you are located at an even number address your watering days are Sunday and Wednesday and if you are at an odd number address the watering days are Tuesday and Saturday. Please avoid watering between the hours of 6am to 8pm.

The City requires 24-hours advance notice to establish service. The City does not conduct business on Saturdays, Sundays, or major holidays. All requests for service must be received by close of business on Thursday for service to be available for the weekend.
