Temporary Outdoor Use Permit

  2. This Temporary Outdoor Use Permit is issued under FMC 17.56.040 and the following conditions are required to issue the permit:

    All wares and goods are to be displayed in a neat and orderly fashion. Sale areas are not to interfere with driveways, corner sight requirements or sidewalk traffic.

    Use of parking spaces for sales displays requires approval of the Chief of Police (approval needed for more than 2 to 3 spaces). All uses are to be fully cleaned up and removed by close of business on the last day stated on the approved permit.

    Sign permit is required. Temporary signs may not exceed 6 square feet in area - 1 sign permitted per site. Hours of operation are limited to 8 a.m. - 10 p.m.

  3. All conditions as indicated will be enforced in this event. If these conditions are not kept, the city shall retain the right to end the event.
