HOUSING ELEMENT UPDATE ANNOUNCEMENT

 

Dear Interested Parties/Stakeholders:

 

The City of Farmersville has prepared a Second Subsequent Draft Housing Element to respond to the State of California, Department of Housing and Community Development’s (HCD) review of the previous draft. The revised Draft Housing Element is available for public review and comment from June 24, 2025, to July 1, 2025. The Draft Element can be viewed online at Housing Element

Farmersville Design Guidelines

Building Permits

The process to obtain building permits will 1st require an application and site plan to be submitted to the City of Farmersville for review. Once the review of the application and site plan is approved by the City of Farmersville, the site plan and building/construction plans can be submitted to Tulare County RMA for review and approval.
