Title VI Non-Discrimination Policy

Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 ensures that no person in the United States is subjected to discrimination based on race, color, or national origin under any program or activity receiving federal financial assistance. This law protects individuals by prohibiting exclusion, denial of benefits, and other forms of discrimination in federally funded programs, including education, transportation, healthcare, and more. Organizations that receive federal funding must comply with Title VI regulations and take proactive steps to prevent and address discrimination. If you believe you have experienced discrimination under a federally assisted program, you have the right to file a complaint.
