Suspect: Mundi, Harbhajan Singh
Resides in the City of Exeter
DOB: 05/02/1957
On 07/29/2018 at approximately 5:00 PM the primary victim in this case succumbed to his injuries while receiving treatment in the ICU of a local area hospital where he had been since the incident occurred on 07/24/2018. The specific cause of death is pending results of an autopsy.
The suspect, Harbhajan Singh Mundi, had posted bond and was out on bail on the previous charges of attempted murder 664-187 PC and assault with a deadly weapon 245 PC. At approximately 7:00 PM he was located at his home in the City of Exeter by Officers of the Farmersville, Exeter and Woodlake Police Departments and taken into custody without incident on a charge of 187 PC Homicide. Mundi was booked into the Tulare County Pre-Trial facility on that charge.
