NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Farmersville Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing for the following project:
General Plan Amendment 2016-01 (Farmersville Housing Element). The action is a proposal to adopt the updated Farmersville Housing Element, which establishes goals, objectives and action plans to ensure that safe and decent housing is available for all income groups through the year 2023. The Planning Commission will also consider adoption of a Mitigated Negative Declaration as the environmental finding for the Housing Element, consistent with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA).
The Planning Commission will consider the above-referenced project at a public hearing on Wednesday, March 16, 2016 at 6:00 pm or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard. The Planning Commission meets at Farmersville City Hall, 909 W. Visalia Road, Farmersville, CA 93223. Public testimony is invited regarding this action.
