NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Farmersville City Council is scheduled to conduct a public hearing to consider the following action:
1. Zoning Ordinance Amendment 2017-01 (City of Farmersville): A proposal to amend the Farmersville Zoning Ordinance to require a Conditional Use Permit for all future buildings in commercial zones that are proposed to have a metal exterior.
The City Council will meet on Monday, August 28, 2017 at 6:00 pm or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, in the City Council Chambers at Farmersville Civic Center, 909 W. Visalia Road, Farmersville, CA 93223.
