City Hall is open to take payments from 8:30 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday excluding major holidays. All utility bills are due by 4:00 pm on the 15th of each month or the next business day if that falls on a holiday or weekend. No cash is accepted in the drop boxes. The City is not responsible if you use bill pay through your bank and your bank mails the check to us late. A $1.00 late fee will be assessed on any outstanding balance. You don’t have to come to City Hall to pay your bill though – you can pay by phone or online anytime, 24 hours a day and 7 days a week at the link below or by calling 855-671-9272.

Currently, City Council has proclaimed the City to be at Stage IV watering level. This means that you are allowed to water two days a week. If you are located at an even number address your watering days are Sunday and Wednesday and if you are at an odd number address the watering days are Tuesday and Saturday. New customers can sign up for utility services by visiting the City Hall. You will need the following ready: •$150.00 deposit required in cash or check ($100.00 deposit will be applied to your bill after 1 year if the account is in good standing, $50.00 non-refundable set-up fee) •California Driver’s License •Proof of ownership or Rental Agreement You will also need to complete the water service application, and the water service agreement available at City Hall or here . The City requires 24-hours advance notice to establish service. The City does not conduct business on Saturdays, Sundays, or major holidays. All requests for service must be received by close of business on Thursday for service to be available for the weekend. You can easily fill out the Request for Service online. Yes, a permit is required and a $5.00 registration fee must also be paid. You may access the application for the permit here . Remember, you are not permitted to post any signs on public property such as sidewalks, telephone poles, street sign poles, or streets.
